Farmer's Market 2017

If you’re looking for something to do in Bowling Green on Wednesday afternoons this summer, check out the Downtown Farmers Market! Taking place from 4-7 PM every Wednesday between May 17th and October 11th! The Farmers Market features local vendors selling anything from fresh produce, to homemade candles. While you are shopping, there is live entertainment on the Stones Throw stage from 5:30-7pm featuring local performers and special events. You can find the Farmers Market at the parking lot of the intersection of South Main and Clough Streets (also known as the Huntington Bank Parking Lot). There will also be free parking in the City Parking Lot near the market for free parking while you shop local!

The Farmers Market aims to boost the local economy and create a positive relationship between vendors, downtown Bowling Green, and residents of the city. Sponsors include Huntington Bank, the Sentinel Tribune, Newlove Realty, Ohio Farm Bureau, Ohio Farmers Union, and The Stones Throw Tavern and Grill. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or a vendor please call 419-352-4611, or email events@sentinel-tribune.com. To find out more information and view the performance calendar, please visit bgfarmersmarket.org. Also available on their website is Cook's Corner, where local community members serve up their favorite recipes with the Sentinel-Tribune. Perfect if you are looking for a new dish! And a full list of vendors to show the variety that our market has to offer! We hope to see everyone out and about this market season!
