The Wood County Historical Center & Museum held a day filled with demonstrations and reenactments of the late 1800's. Some of the activities included 
candle dipping, musical groups, 
homemade ice cream, and many more! 
There were events for all different ages- 
ranging from a kiddie pedal pull to a log cabin museum.

Guests could watch a blacksmith hard at work.








Teaching guests how to spin wool into yarn.


A musical group playing dulcimers- a late 1800 musical instrument.


The Wood County Historical Center & Museum will now hold a 
Harvest Festival in place of this event, September 20th, 2014.
